You must provide accurate information when signing up and keep your password private. One account is for one student. Sharing an account is not permitted.
Every plan (1, 2, 3 or 6 months) is a one-time purchase for that period of access. Plans do not renew and we never charge your card again automatically; when your access ends you may buy a new plan. A monthly subscription started before October 4, 2026 can be cancelled at any time from Settings and keeps its access until the end of the period already paid for.
All purchases are final. Your access to the full platform starts the moment you pay, so a plan is not refunded once it is bought. The one exception is the pass guarantee below.
Complete 80% of the question bank with 85% accuracy on a paid Pro or Ultimate plan, with at least 3 months of paid access before the exam. If you don't pass the NCLEX, we refund you or extend your access free. The full conditions are on the Pass Guarantee page.
Questions, rationales, cheat sheets and other study material belong to NCLEXPace. They are for your personal exam preparation only; copying, scraping or redistributing them is not permitted.
