Study with us for at least 3 months, complete 80% of the question bank with 85% accuracy. If you don't pass the NCLEX, we refund you or extend your access free.

Your progress toward the guarantee is shown on your dashboard, so you always know where you stand.

How to qualify

Answer at least 80% of the questions in the NCLEXPace question bank, in practice tests or readiness exams. This is the same "Questions completed" figure shown on your dashboard.
Reach at least 85% accuracy. Your latest answer to each question is the one that counts, with partial credit on SATA and NGN items, exactly as your dashboard scores you.
Hold an active paid Pro or Ultimate plan while you qualify and on the day you sit the exam. Time on the free trial does not count toward eligibility.
Have at least 3 months of paid Pro or Ultimate access before you sit the exam. A well-prepared attempt takes time: one month is rarely enough to work through 80% of the question bank properly. The months can be one 3-month or longer plan, or monthly plans added together.
Sit the NCLEX-RN within 90 days of reaching both targets.

If you don't pass

Email support@nclexpace.com within 30 days of receiving your result, from the email address on your NCLEXPace account, with your official NCLEX result and test date.
We check your qualification against your account records and reply within 5 business days.
Once confirmed, you receive either a refund of your most recent NCLEXPace plan payment, or free access to your plan for up to 3 months to prepare for your retake.

Good to know

One guarantee claim per student. Shared or duplicate accounts are not eligible.
The guarantee covers what you paid NCLEXPace. It does not cover exam registration fees, travel or other costs.
No study platform can promise that a student will pass the NCLEX. This guarantee is our commitment to you if you do the work and don't pass.
