What we collect

When you create an account we collect your name, email address, country, date of birth and password (stored encrypted). While you study, we record your answers, scores, study time and exam-date preference so the platform can track your progress and personalise your study plan.

How we use it

Your data is used only to run NCLEXPace for you: showing your analytics, adapting question difficulty, calculating your readiness score and sending service emails (such as renewal reminders). We do not sell your personal information to anyone.

Payments

Card payments are handled by our payment processor. Your full card number never touches our servers.

Cookies

We use the cookies needed to keep you signed in and remember your preferences (such as light or dark mode).

We also use cookies and tags from advertising and analytics providers, including Google and Meta, to measure how well our advertising works. These tell us how many people created an account after seeing an ad. We do not send your name, email address or phone number to these providers, and we do not use them to build a profile of you. You can block them with your browser settings or an ad blocker, and the site will work normally.

Your choices

You can request a copy of your data or ask us to delete your account and everything linked to it by emailing support@nclexpace.com.

Changes

If this policy changes in a meaningful way we will email account holders before the change takes effect.
